Products and pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct pricing or description errors at any time without prior notice. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or product availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Food product notice

Our products contain beef and are produced in facilities that may also handle common allergens. Please review the ingredient list on each product before purchasing if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Got Beef name, logo, product names, images, and text, is owned by Got Beef and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Got Beef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
