Returns & Refunds

Because Got Beef jerky is a perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns of opened or consumed product for health and safety reasons.

Our happiness guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, email us at hello@gotbeef.us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund processing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
