The Got Beef Board (A Charcuterie Spread Built on Brisket)
Skip the mystery-meat sticks. Here's how to build a board around real hand-cut brisket jerky.
Great charcuterie is about contrast, and brisket jerky brings the savory backbone. Fan out all four flavors — Salt & Pepper, Salt Pepper & Garlic, Serrano, and Carne Asada — on one side of a wood board. Fill in with sharp cheddar and aged gouda, marcona almonds, cornichons, grainy mustard, dried apricots, and a drizzle of honey.
The Serrano plays off the cheese, the Carne Asada wakes up with the honey, and the Salt & Pepper goes with everything. Pour something cold. Watch it disappear.
