Got Beef Breakfast Hash (Jerky, Eggs & Crispy Potatoes)
Brisket jerky isn't just a snack — rehydrate it into a breakfast that eats like a steakhouse.
Dice two russet potatoes and crisp them in a hot cast-iron pan with a little oil, salt, and pepper. While they cook, tear a bag of Salt, Pepper & Garlic jerky into small pieces and soak in a splash of warm water for 5 minutes — it plumps right back into tender beef.
Add the jerky and half a diced onion to the potatoes, cook until everything's golden, then crack two eggs on top and cover until set. Finish with hot sauce and cilantro.
